Cegah Korupsi Mulai dari Pengadaan CPNS

JAKARTA - Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Azwar Abubakar mengatakan, pencegahan korupsi bisa dimulai dari proses pengadaan CPNS. “Jika prosesnya sudah tidak baik maka hasinya tidak akan menjadi baik,” ujarnya ketika menjadi pembicara pada Konferensi Nasional Pemberantasan Korupsi (KNPK), di Jakarta, Rabu (04/12).

Dalam kesempatan itu, Azwar mengajak para pemimpin instansi pemerintah yang hadir untuk ikut membantu menjaga proses fairness dalam pengadaan CPNS 2013, "Ikuti dulu prosesnya, dan bandingkan hasilnya nanti dengan pengadaan CPNS yang ada ‘mainnya’ ". Dengan proses yang fair dan terbuka, Menteri menjamin, pemerintah akan mendapatkan putera-puteri terbaik untuk menjadi PNS.

Konferensi yang dibuka Ketua KPK Abraham Samad kali ini mengambil tema Penguatan Pemberantasan Korupsi Melalui Implementasi Pelembagaan SIN.  Dalam kesempatan itu, Ketua KPK menyampaikan penerapan Sistem Integritas Nasional (SIN) diharapkan dapat mengatasi sejumlah pemersalahan bangsa. “Salah satunya adalah korupsi yang masih menjadi penghalang terbesar terwujudnya tujuan nasional bangsa,” ujar Samad.


Acara yang menghadirkan 260 perwakilan lembaga pemerintah, lembaga swadaya masyarakat, BUMN, pemerintah daerah, akademisi, dan beberapa asiosiasi profesi. Selain Menteri PANRB Azwar Abubakar, hadir sebagai pemakalah antara lain Menteri PPN/Kepala Bappenas Armida Alisjahbana, Direktur Utama PT PLN Nur Pamudji, Direktur PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, Sancoyo Antarikso dan Gubernur DKI Jakarta Joko Widodo.
