- Bachelor Degree in Mining
- Have 10 years experience in mining with 3 years in managerial levels
- Have POM certificate
- Able to develop and manage the mining operations and ensure the optimal mining process operation
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Commitment to implemented safety and environment regulations
