Job Descriptions:
- Recruited suitable candidates for vacancies generated by client organizations.
- Managed the entire recruitment process after training, including sourcing vacancies and candidates, matching candidates to vacancies, and referring candidates to clients.
- Canvassed employers by telephone to establish new contacts and their recruitment requirements.
- Build, managed, and developed client relationships through face-to-face meetings and regular contact.
- Sourced the best candidates through effective advertising and marketing using headhunting, cold calling, networking, advertising, websites, etc.
- Screened and interviewed candidates and assesses their needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Holder.
- 3 years relevant experience in recruitment.
- Good communication skills in English
- Based in Bogor
- Able to work hard and under presure
