Service Quality Officer
Responsibilities:
- Do the benchmarking and developing Service Quality Standard for branch operational condition.
- Deliver SQ training and socializing to the branchesâ employees.
- Get feed back from branches on the SQ implementation and give suggestions to improve the SQ.
- Run the mystery shopper regularly in branches.
- Evaluate and report on the implementation of SQ in branches.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelorâs Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): Goo.
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Bank and related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or Others.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
