Man Power Planning Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Analysing the current manpower inventory
- Making future manpower forecasts
- Developing employment programmes
- Design & organize of career path programmes
Requirements:
- Age max. 30 years old
- Bachelor Degree from any major, with GPA 3.00
- At least 3 years of experience in man power planning
- Have experience to analyze, plan & organize of workforce needs
- Have good knowledge of workload analysis
- Have good initiative and problem solving skills
- Have good ability to analytical thinking, good communication and negotiation skills
- Able to good communicated & good interpersonal with all level of employee
- Computer literate (Ms. Office)
