Administration
Responsibilities:
Administration Staff is responsible for all-round daily administration, such as handling invoices, phone calls, purchasing, administration of customers account, provide support for administrative task on ad-hoc basic.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma or Bachelorâs Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial, Journalism or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Data Entry Personnel.
