Job Position: Inbound Reservation Staff
 
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers over the incoming calls and create positive on-brand experiences.
- Reply email and make a quotation for tour package
- Updating contract agreement
-Daily reservation and making daily and monthly reservation report
- Liaise closely with travel agents, business houses and general public in a professional manner
- Assist guest in hotel reservation request

Job requirement:
- At least Diploma (D3)
- Experience in hospitality/ travel or contract centre is advantageous
- Good written and verbal communication skill in English
- Computer literacy is a must
- Able to multi-task
- Max 25 years old
- Fresh graduate are welcomed
