Service Quality Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Do the benchmarking and developing Service Quality Standard for branch operational condition.
  • Deliver SQ training and socializing to the branches’ employees.
  • Get feed back from branches on the SQ implementation and give suggestions to improve the SQ.
  • Run the mystery shopper regularly in branches.
  • Evaluate and report on the implementation of SQ in branches.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
  • Required skill(s): Goo.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Bank and related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Retail Banking/Branch Operation or Others.
  • 1 Full-Time positions available.
