Sales Trainer

Responsibilities:

A sales trainer will be responsible in delivering training to the sales force. A sales trainer will be responsible in developing and delivering training modules related to systems, sales soft skills and interpersonal skills to be delivered to coaches, counsels, and other participants. A sales trainer will have to serve as a subject matter expert for sales training and sales process and systems. A sales trainer should have technical/ professional knowledge of business for independent management of responsibilities and tasks.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree from reputable University
  • 25 â€" 35 years old
  • At least three years of experience in resulted oriented sales training teams at executive levels.
  • Experience in designing training modules
  • Good in oral presentation, business skills and written communication
  • Have individual leadership skills, creative and a team player
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Attractive and has professional appearance
  • Willing to travel intensively.
