Mechanical Engineer (Code: ME)
Job Summary:
To make sure that all production machinery are in the best condition in term of reliability , product quality , safety and life time in order to enable the factory meet the target of quality , volume , delivery time and SHE
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up the maintenance system and procedures for all production machinery in order to have proper guidance for maintenance activities
- Plan and implement the maintenance activities to achieve the high level machine reliability and productivity
- Plan and conduct the machine repair and overhaul to improve the machine condition and extent the machine life time
- Prepare and provide the machine condition and maintenance information to enable management to make decision
- Ensure maintenance expenses are within the allocated budget
- Responsible to conduct people development in his/her area of responsibility in order to continually improve his/her subordinate competences as well as creating the well environment condition in work place
- Make sure that all requirements on safety , health & environment are met in the area of work place
Requirements:
- Degree on Engineering field: Mechanic or Industry
- Computer Literate MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), AutoCad, Visio, Project Planning
- Minimum 2 years experience, Fresh graduated are welcome
- Self driven and motivated, Strong interpersonal relationships and good team player
- Good analytical thinking and conceptual thinking
- Understand about Lean, 5S, Safety
