Competency Management Coordinator
Sidoarjo (Jawa Timur)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for :
1.  Developing and maintaining competency catalogue as well as monitoring.
2.  Ensuring proper results of competency assessment by conducting competency assessments.
3.  Identify employee development plan, mapping the career path and identify Hi-Po/ Hi-Per for succession plan based on career management frame work.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or related.
  • Experience in competency based assessment center or as assessor.
  • Assessor certified is preferably
  • Understand performance management & development system
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good communication skill in both oral and written
  • Experience manage change management and negotiation
  • Competence hands with planning management
  • English Proficiency is a must
  • Confident, Creative & Initiative.
  • Willing to work at Sidoarjo, East java
