The Company is an Investment Manager Corporate majority-owned by PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani (Limited), a State Owned Enterprise which was founded in 1999 by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia to empower Small, Medium Enterprises and Cooperatives (MSME). The Company obtained a license as an Investment Manager pursuant to the Decree No. BAPEPAM. Kep-01/PM/MI/1998 dated January 27, 1998. Since its founding, the Company has focused its efforts in financial services and investment, with a special mission to realize the redistribution of ownership of assets in Indonesia.

In this activity, investment and financial services, trust is an important factor. As a local company, a company backed by experienced staff who have a thorough knowledge of the market and capable of handling all aspects relating to the execution of a business opportunity. This capability is supported with high professionalism that makes the company able to demonstrate a good track record and brings the company into a financial institution that are reliable and trustworthy.

Products and Services

The Company has experience as an investment manager for various business groups and financial institutions in Indonesia. The Company offers a range of investment products and services tailored to the needs of clients. Currently, the Company manages five (5) mutual fund products, namely PNM Prosperity Fund II, Sharia PNM, PNM SATISFIED, PNM and PNM Amanah Islamic Syariah Equity.

Sharia PNM Fund is a mutual fund that invests funds in a mixture of instruments of bonds, stocks and financial instruments in accordance with Shariah principles. PNM Fund Welfare Fund II is an fixed-income mutual funds that will invest in fixed income instruments issued by the Government and corporate bonds belonging to the investment grade. PNM Shariah Equity Fund is an equity fund that will invest funds in stocks of sharia.

SATISFIED PNM Fund is a money market fund, where investments will be allocated in money market instruments, while the PNM Fund Amanah Syariah is a fixed income fund that will invest in bonds or debt securities in accordance with Islamic principles.

Added Value Through Synergy

The Company is committed to providing quality investment opportunities to its clients.
The Company has established strategic alliances with PT. Bank Danamon to help the bank assess the creditworthiness of small and medium entrepreneurs. Agreement has been agreed covering the distribution of funds to employers who have a business prospective.
In order to support the National Capital PT Madani effort to develop alternative financing institutions in the region, the company provides cash management services for these institutions.

qualifications:

• Minimum education level S1
• License holders of Mutual Fund Sales Agent (WAPERD) or Securities Company Representative of BAPEPAM & LK
• At least 1 year working experience as Sales in Capital Market / Banking / Insurance
• Customer / client base or the network is quite extensive in Malang or Kediri or Jember and surrounding areas
• Abilities and skills as a reliable Sales
