Competency Management & Succession Planning

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and maintaining competency catalogue as well as monitoring, and ensuring proper results of competency assessment by conducting competency assessments. Identify employee development plan, mapping the career path and identify Hi-Po/ Hi-Per for succession plan based on career management frame work.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Psychology or equivalent.
- Certified assesor is preferably
- Understand performance management & development system
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Senior Coordinator Production

- Responsible to assist Production Manager by executing and controlling production activities from raw material usages, quality control check, handling rejection product, utilizing high skilled employees, appropriate method and high technology machine in order to achieve production target.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical),
- Minimum 3 years experience in related position,prefeable from shoe,garment,electronic manufacture
- Excellence managerial, adaptability, interpersonal skill
- Willing to work on shift working hour
- English profiency
- Having good quality knowledge
