Service Engineer (Jakarta Branch)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiry for service
- Provide technical backup for Donaldson products
- Exercise analysis, troubleshooting, and repair upon equipments problem
- Maintain customer satisfaction at optimum level
Specific Requirements:
- Male, max. 28 years old
- Deep knowledge in refrigeration system and application
- Min. 2 years experience in engine and/or filtration industrial
General requirements:
- Proactive, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to work under pressure, good interpersonal skill, and willing to work smart
- A good team player with ability to work independently
- Fluency in English both oral and written
- Computer literacy
