Schneider Electric is a French global company. It was founded in 1836 by two brothers, Eugène I and Adolphe Schneider.
In the first part of the 20th century, Schneider et Cie associated itself with Westinghouse Systems, a major international electrical group at the time. The group began manufacturing electric motors and locomotives. After the Second World War, the armaments businesses were abandoned in favor of electrical engineering, and iron and steel works. The company remained in this sector until the early 1980s.
In 1981, Groupe Schneider was broken up, focusing on the electrical and controls industry. This was followed by strategic acquisitions of Telemecanique (1988), Square D (1991) and Merlin Gerin (1992) and it is these brands that are the core products of the company's offering.

Industrial HR Business Partner
- To support the company in Human Resources Partnership and common global strategy
- To play a key role in the support to the Industrial team in human resources management function including: Industrial relations, Recruitment, People and Organization performance, Training and development. Electrical Drafter _Jakarta base
Jakarta Raya
Responsibilities:

  • Do site survey (Conduct surveys in accordance with safe workplace safety rules)
  • Carry out design & drafting (electrical building and ME) for building project
  • Communicate the drawings of E/M to lead engineer
  • Capable of making finished or semi-finished drawings of the draft/skecth of electrical and BMS
  • Interpret electrical design requirement and create plan layout, detailed drawing, schematic, isometric and illustration


Requirements:

  • Minimum graduate from vocational high school, majoring in electrical
  • At least 3 years experience in similar position.
  • Good knowledge in electrical, electronic, and HVAC.
  • Understand simple electrical drawings
  • Basic computer skill (MS Office)




Project Management Administrator _Klender Base
Jakarta Raya - Klender
Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, reporting and analysis of assigned business projects under the supervision of a project manager.
  • To ensure successful implementation of the project to the satisfaction of contract requirements, in terms of Services, Internal and External Client satisfaction.
  • Assist  in administrative functions of project-related assignments including overall planning, tracking and documentation of one or several projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Secretary or Business Administration / Management
  • At least have 1 year experience in similar position.
  • Knowledge related to company's Management System & Procedures  (ISO 9001, EHS & ISO 14001)
  • Proficiency in English (oral & written)
  • Basic computer skill (MS Office)
  • Good in interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented & ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks effectively
