We are seeking to find highly qualified candidates for the following position:


FINANCE MANAGER
Location     : JAKARTA BASE
Responsibilities:

  • Assures prompt processing and banking of cash receipts. Manages movement of funds between accounts, assuring adequate balances;
  • Develops and maintains reliable cash forecasting and status monitoring systems. Directs preparation of cash forecasts;
  • Conducts short-term investment and borrowing with established bank lines;
  • Buys and sells foreign exchange as a hedge against short-term currency fluctuations. Facilitates the most economic transfer of funds;
  • Ensures effective implementation Health, Safety, Security and Environmental systems and procedures. This includes the provision of management commitment & appropriate resources in his/her department;
  • Ensures effective implementation and maintenance of Quality Management System in his/her department.


Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years experience in an international company reporting a wide spectrum in accounting legal and tax structures within and outside Indonesia
  • Accounting degree of equivalent
  • Basic understanding of quality management principles
  • Comprehensive accounting experience and qualifications to perform the financial management’s requirements internally and externally on tax, legal, financial reporting
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with work colleagues and external consultants
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel


Personal Qualities:

  • Broad base knowledge of core business
  • Competent management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially English
  • Ability to develop and implement plans and strategies
  • Basic knowledge of relevant computer software
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills




QA/QC MANAGER
Location     : JAKARTA / BEKASI
Responsibilities:

  • Assist to develop and implement company procurement policies and procedures
  • Management of all QA/QC activities including planning, promotion and organizing of training activities related to quality assurance and quality control
  • Support timely delivery of compliant products from suppliers and to customers
  • Manage all internal and external quality assurance issues, including coordination and resolution of supplier quality issues
  • Provide day-to-day direction and support to all QA/QC activities including quality inspection for acceptance of both internal and external deliverables, support the archiving, development and implementation of new processes and procedures, evaluate employee performance, support daily program priorities, and administer corrective actions, while maintaining a positive work environment for employees
  • The provision of skilled effective resources delivered in a timely manner to undertake QC inspection activities across all product lines

Requirements:

  • 8 to 10 years experience loading and managing QA and QC systems with track record of successful implementation
  • Detailed understanding of QHSE processes and the mitigation of risk in all company activities
  • Must demonstrate basic principles and fundamentals of Quality Engineering, and Quality Assurance disciplines
  • Oil & Gas industry experience
  • Multi product line / business unit environment experience
  • Lead auditor experience
  • Excellent communication skills to work effectively with work colleagues and external consultants
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word for Windows, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Personal Qualities:
  • University degree or Engineering Diploma
  • Background of culture change management
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work unsupervised
  • Flexible and adaptable to a changing environment
  • Willingness to learn new skills
